I help individuals, cultural institutions, NGOs, international and local (i.e. Vienna-based) businesses communicate clearly and confidently in English. My focus over the past few years has been on the energy sector, hospitality services and music criticism, but with a great brief and some research I can take on just about any topic/sector.
Content writing and copywriting
Simply put, content informs while copy persuades.
Content: blog articles, social media posts, e-books, whitepapers, use cases, newsletters, and more
Copy: adverts, sales pages, product descriptions, brochures and other promotional materials

Proofreading and editing
Proofreading identifies and corrects typos, spelling and grammatical mistakes, punctuation errors and wrong formatting.
Editing focuses on the content, structure and style of your text. It’s about readability, clarity and consistency, e.g. using the same tone throughout the text.
Ideally, you do both.
Translation and transcreation
From English or German into Hungarian, and from German or Hungarian into English.
Translation conveys the meaning of a text in another language, making sure it’s as close to the original as possible.
Transcreation is when I adapt the original text to resonate with your target audience and to suit their culture, emotions, context.
I don't translate official documents, e.g. certificates or contracts.
Training and guiding
One-to-one sessions online or in person (in Vienna)
In-house corporate courses for groups (in Vienna)
Conversation classes, writing practice, business English, specialised English, English for academic purposes, exam preparation (Cambridge, TOEFL, IELTS, and more) – with progress checking and adjustments.
